nothing is impossible: scrawny to brawny

29 Jul

the human body is a pretty piece of work if you ask me. medical conditions and lack of determination aside, you can construct your body the way you like it.

exhibit A: christian bale

awesome transformation is awesome.

you are looking at the same person. top pic is christian bale in The Machinist (2004), bottom is the same chap in Batman Begins (2005). of course this guy gets paid to get into the role he is playing and probably had help from trainers and nutritionists, but nobody can deny the hardwork he had to put in training. to grow your muscles, you got to lift those weights yourself. if you are interested, you can read about a few ways on how you might be able to pack muscles on your skinny body in this t-nation article – it basically talks about how hollywood actors gain muscle so quickly.

interesting trivia: he was a vegetarian during that period.

think it’s impossible for regular folks like you and me? i personally know a few and had seen (IRL, not the interwebz) even more people who managed to bulk up like that.

the next one could be you.
